You may also upload a profile photo to help identify you within the app. In addition, we collect authentication information to securely create and manage your account using Google Firebase Authentication services.
 
We use the information you provide solely to verify your identity, approve and manage your driver account, enable secure login, and comply with legal obligations. Your documents are not used for marketing, advertising, or unrelated purposes.

Location Data: The Cab Regime Driver app collects precise location data (GPS and network-based location) when the driver is online or actively using the application. Location access may continue in the background while the driver is marked available or during an active trip to enable ride matching, real-time trip tracking, navigation, distance calculation, fare estimation, safety monitoring, and fraud prevention. Location data is not collected when the driver is offline in the app and is not used for advertising or marketing purposes. We collect and process location information solely to provide core ride services and ensure platform safety and compliance.
 
To facilitate document uploads and profile setup, the app may request access to your device camera to capture images directly within the application. The app may also allow you to select images using the system photo picker. We only access images that you explicitly choose to capture or upload. We do not access, scan, or monitor your personal media files without your consent.
Your personal information and document images are stored securely using Google Firebase services with appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Access to your data is limited to authorized personnel only.
 
We do not sell, rent, trade, or distribute your personal information to third parties. Your data may only be disclosed if required by law, legal process, or government authorities, or when necessary to protect our legal rights and ensure regulatory compliance.
